How to do Decoupage?
Materials
Hobby Ideas Glue N Gloss
Acrylic Colors
Hard Board – You can used Canvas / ceramic plate/ any surface
Paper Napkin
Brushes
Scissor
Method
Cut the design from the paper.
Apply Hobby Ideas Glue N Gloss at the back of the cutouts and stick them on the board.
Color the background and let the picture dry.
Finally apply an even coat of hobby ideas glue n gloss on the entire surface, let it dry.
