I was cleaning up my house one day, and in between all the scraps available in my house I found an old unused white tile. First, I did not know what to do with it, and then thought, why not paint something on it. It’s as good as a canvas
. I did not know what I wanted to paint. My friend cum sister-in-law was doing this painting of Lord Sri Ganesha – a Hindu God. So, I felt why not give it a try?
I searched the net, and found a good photograph of Lord Ganesha to paint. That’s how I decided to paint Sri Ganesha on a tile. It very simple, using only three colors. Since the tile is white in color, the background really blends with the black paint.
This painting is done on a piece of tile.
